It is with great pride that we announce the joining of North and Oakridge for the 2012 Rookie House League program. We are confident that this venture will put forth an enjoyable and rewarding season for our players and their families. Rookieball House League
Hi, welcome to the North and Oakridge combined rookieball house league. My name is Bob Caron and I the convenor for this division. We have 5 Oakridge teams and 4 North Teams. Oakridge Home games will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, North home games will be Monday to Thursday. We will play a home and an away game with each team. 16 games which is likely too many games but it will make for a balanced schedule. The season will begin Monday May 14, and will end Friday August 3rd,12 weeks. Friday August 10 will be playoff weekend and will be double knockout played on both North and Oakridge fields.
Teams will be separated into 2 divisions for playoff weekend.
We are looking forward to a great season with few new rules to hopefully make the games seem more like baseball.
